# Plaid Bank Feeds partnership

## What this enables

Make your platform discoverable as an institution in apps using Plaid. Customers would link accounts from your platform, with account and transaction data delivered through Plaid Core Exchange. QuickBooks Online uses the separate [Intuit route](/guides/partnerships-intuit).

## Planned customer journey

1. A customer chooses your institution in a Plaid-powered app.
2. They sign in through your existing authentication and select accounts.
3. Apideck supplies the authorized data through its FDX provider.

## Prepare for onboarding

Bring these questions to the early-access discussion:

| Product and partner teams | Eligibility, listing identity, launch approval and supported markets.         |
| Authentication team       | Sign-in handoff, MFA, account ownership and consent withdrawal.               |

| Support team              | Evidence needed to investigate a missing or stale feed.                       |

Use the published native-feed guides to learn the shared model while partner-specific onboarding is confirmed. Do not treat a successful native statement submission as proof of Plaid access.

## Verify access and recover

Before production, agree a test account and expected records with the onboarding team. Verify the selected account, granted access and destination result. If data is missing, distinguish an unavailable route from an account-linking issue or a failed statement request. Use [parent and child request evidence](/logs#follow-parent-and-child-requests) where available; do not repeatedly replay writes with uncertain outcomes.
