# Intuit Bank Feeds integration

**Early access.** QuickBooks Online bank feeds use Intuit's bank feed program, through Apideck's FDX provider. This is a separate route from the upcoming Plaid integration. [Discuss access with Apideck](https://www.apideck.com/plaid-bank-feeds#early-access).

## Choose the right integration

Use this route when your product supplies financial account transactions for customers to review in QuickBooks Online. Reading invoices or creating bills is a different workflow: start with the [Accounting API](/apis/accounting/reference) and [QuickBooks connector](/apis/accounting/quickbooks).

## Prerequisites to confirm

Before implementation, confirm program eligibility, listing requirements, test-account access and the production approval process with Apideck. Assign an owner for customer authentication, account selection and consent; agree who handles account disconnects and support requests.

## Implementation path

1. Review the [Bank Feeds guide](/guides/bank-feeds#quickbooks-online) for the current QuickBooks route.
2. Agree stable source account identifiers and the statement data you will supply.
3. Complete the onboarding and customer linking steps supplied for your application.
4. Run an approved test and inspect the destination account and transactions in QuickBooks Online.

A working QuickBooks Accounting connection alone does not establish bank-feed program access. Confirm the route before using the [bank-feed resources](/apis/accounting/reference?useCase=bank-feeds).

## Diagnose a missing feed

Check access approval and customer account linking first. Then inspect the request result, [downstream logs](/logs#follow-parent-and-child-requests) and the selected destination account. Keep a sanitized request ID and UTC timestamp for support. A successful API response is one checkpoint; verify the expected statement is available in the destination before considering the test complete.
