employeesOneemployment_start_date may be sourced from Acerta's "date in company" value instead of
the agreement's own start date, when Acerta supplies it — this can be an earlier date
than the agreement start date. When more than one such date is on record for an
employee, the earliest one is used. Its meaning is configured per Acerta customer: for
some it equals the hire date exactly, for others it is deliberately set earlier for
seniority calculations. Where Acerta does not supply this value, employment_start_date
falls back to the agreement's start date.
