The list endpoint (GET /retailer/orders) returns a reduced order schema with no pricing data. line_items[].unit_price, line_items[].total_amount, line_items[].discounts[], and the order-level total_amount are populated only on single-order retrieval (GET /orders/{id}). line_items[].discounts[] reflects per-item promotions; Bol.com does not expose order-level discount codes separately.
Customer and address fields (customer, shipping_address, billing_address) are likewise absent from list responses. Fetch the single-order endpoint to retrieve these fields.
