Zendesk Sell (formerly Base) is a sales automation tool to enhance productivity, processes, and pipeline visibility for sales teams.

- **important to know:** Zendesk retires Zendesk Sell on 31 August 2027. Existing Sell accounts keep full access until then, so plan the integration around that end date; Zendesk has partnered with Pipedrive as the migration path.
