Environments

Production
Single environment: testing and production share one connection. End-to-end testing is expected to happen in Intuit's pre-production run during FDP implementation, so treat anything you write as production data that can reach QuickBooks Online.

🚨Important to Know About Intuit Bank Feeds

  • Bank feeds are separate from the QuickBooks Online connector: Intuit confirmed in writing (January 2026) that QuickBooks marketplace OAuth does not carry over, so an existing QuickBooks app or connection does nothing here.
  • This route serves QuickBooks Online in the US and Canada only; UK and Australian QuickBooks bank feeds use Open Banking instead.
  • QuickBooks Online users connect the feed by signing in to your own system, so you must build and host the login page Intuit sends them to.
  • Intuit pulls statements from Apideck on its own schedule and this release reports every feed as pending, so your integration cannot yet tell a user when QuickBooks has a statement.
